1. What is your standard trade terms?

Our standard trade term is FOB Kaohsiung, TAIWAN. Please contact us if you have another specific shipping requirements.

2. What is your typical lead time for orders?

Our lead time depends on order quantity and product specifications:
Typically 45-60 working days after order confirmation. If you have urgent demand,we could also do further review.
We recommend confirming delivery timelines with our sales team before placing an order.

3. What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are 50% down payment before production, balance payment before shipment

4. Can you accommodate OEM or private label requests?

Yes! We offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and private label services. Please contact us for more details on customization.

5. What certifications do your products have?

Our products meet international safety and medical standards, and we conduct rigorous testing in our in-house laboratory. Depending on the product, we comply with certifications such as CE, and FDA standards. And we always passed the factory or quality audit by our customer and the 3rd party.

6. How do you ensure product quality?

We operate our own dedicated R&D and testing laboratory, allowing us to conduct:

7. How can I place an order or request a quotation?

8. What’s your MOQ ?

Normally, our MOQ is 600 sets or 1000 sets for each items.
